d. The “Mailable records line” is the key – this shows the total number of
addresses we will be mailing to, based on your instructions.
2. Preliminary Postage Counts (page 3)
a. This section will show number of records per NDC (USPS National
Distribution Center)
b. It does not necessarily mean that your pieces will be sent via
destination mail entry to these facilities. It is just an outline so you can
see what areas you are mailing to, as a percentage.
