“It’s just taken o,” says Yu-Nguyen, 36, who opened
her Loganville-based shop in 2021. “We were just
serving the local area, but now we are shipping out
our Barkuterie Boards all over the place.”

It all began with a passing thought after attending a
wedding that served elaborate charcuterie boards to
guests.
“It was a random idea that I wasn’t sure what to do
with,” shares Yu-Nguyen. “I was eating these delicious
snacks and just thought, what if there were charcuterie
boards for dogs?”
She hurriedly texted her sister, who is a fellow
dog-lover, to brainstorm the idea. And with that, a
fast-paced journey began as Yu-Nguyen launched her
own line of charcuterie boards for canines that she
refers to as a “labor of love.”
“Barkuterie Boards are heavily inuenced by the
artistic creations from the human charcuterie world. I
hand-press veggie and fruit shapes and create names
out of cheese, just like you’d nd on charcuterie
boards. is labor of love means each order takes
additional time to prepare, but I think it’s worth the
extra step,” explains Yu-Nguyen. “I love dogs and I love
