Richard Neal &
Kaitlyn Rearden Gandee
August 17, 2019 - Flint Hill in Norcross, Ga.
Photographer: Isaac and Amanda Photography
From the mother of the bride,
Debbie McFarland:
Their special day was full of family, friends and a good time of sharing
their wedding day with the special people in their life. It had the charm
of a casual, Southern wedding. It was perfect mix for their personalities.
Kaitlyn and Neal chose the venue, the decorations, the “naked” cake,
the Southern menu, favorite music and most of all the ceremony details,
with a Unity Cross that brought them together with their families. I did
not have many objections at all to their decisions as MOB and the
wedding went just as they had envisioned. Which was what it was all
about - them!
Kaitlyn wore her older sister’s floor length veil from her wedding in
2017 as something borrowed and Neal wore Ostrich boots that Kaitlyn
gave him on their wedding day.
The most precious moment was watching Kaitlyn read a delivered
note from Neal before the ceremony. So sweet. And I delivered Kaitlyn’s
note to Neal before the ceremony and he disappeared to go read it in
quiet, so Neal. He truly loves my daughter.
