SANGRIA
Options are endless for this lighter
version of classic Sangria. This recipe
comes specially from France but will
fit in fine anywhere around the lake.
It’s an ideal “make-ahead” drink for
summer gatherings.
INGREDIENTS
• 1 bottle (750 ml) dry rosé wine
• 1/4 cup brandy
• 2 tablespoons orange liquor (Cointreau)
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 1/2 cups raspberries
• 1 1/2 cups quartered strawberries
• 1 sliced lemon
• 1 ½ cups seltzer
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients except for seltzer and let
macerate for 2-12 hours. When ready to serve,
add ice and top with Seltzer. Garnish glasses as
desired.
