20 IN THEIR 40s
AGE 45
Jerry Jordan
Assistant Field Manager | Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC
What do you do in your
role? I assist the job site
superintendents in running
day-to-day field operations in
commercial construction and
manage sub-contractors in their
daily work to help maintain
schedule dates.
What drives you to be
successful? Being the best role
model I can be to my kids. I want
my kids to see that working hard
and being patient have benefits.
What are some of your
hobbies outside of work? I love coaching my kids in sports
when I get the opportunity. Physical fitness has always been in my
daily routine. I also seek ways to give back to the community in
any way I can.
What lessons have you learned in 2020? That no matter
the circumstances, there is always another way to get things done.
Other personal anecdotes, quotes or insights: Relentless
Forward Movement. Trust the process and stay the course. I am
not where I am today because I am really great, but rather that I
have surrounded myself with really great people and they have
mentored me throughout my career. My wife has been my rock
and will always be my inspiration. She believes in me and supports
all my crazy ideas, and that’s what keeps me moving forward.
