What do you do in your role? I work with our
wonderful clients and our talented staff to make sure
that Croy continues to deliver great value to our
community through our work on various projects.
What drives you to be successful? I love to see our
team work on projects that make a difference – whether
those are parks, roads, or infrastructure systems
hidden underground. These projects make our
community a great place to live, work and play.
What are some of your hobbies outside of work?
Anything that allows me to spend time with my family. I
love to travel, play video games and go to the lake.
What lessons have you learned in 2020? The
biggest lesson that I have learned is that we have to be
flexible! Just when we think we have a plan figured
out, we get another curve ball and need to adapt so we
can keep moving forward.
Other personal anecdotes, quotes or insights: One
of my favorite quotes comes from the fantastic movie,
“Meet the Robinsons:” “Keep Moving Forward.” This
quote has become my personal motto. No matter what
we face, if we can “Keep Moving Forward,” we can
continue to make progress toward our goals.
