Tell us a success story about a student you helped.I had a student
a few years ago named Nathan. Nathan wasn’t the greatest trumpet
player, but through his time in band, he found himself. His dream
was to build an organization called Marching Out Hunger that he
would use to raise money to feed the hungry both in our community
and in Haiti.Nathan bothered me for two years to get this o the
ground, and finally I gave in.Using our resources and our leadership
team, I helped him get his dream o the ground.To date, Marching
Out Hunger has raised over $35,000 to help Powder Springs and
Haiti.Now that I think about it, I think Nathan may have helped me
just as much as I helped him…
