champagne cocktail along with festive

to come.
Classic Champagne
Cocktail
• ¾ tsp granulated sugar (or sugar cube)
• 8 shakes Angostura bitters
• Lemon peel or Maraschino cherry
• Brandy (optional)
Place sugar in the bottom of a champagne flute. Add splash of Brandy
if desired before topping the glass with champagne. Serve with a
Maraschino cherry or garnish with a lemon peel.
Chambord &
Champagne
• ¾ oz Chambord
• 4 oz champagne
Simply pour the raspberry liqueur in a champagne flute
and add champagne to mix.
St. Germain
Champagne
• 2 TBS St. Germain
• 2 TBS gin
• 1 TBS lemon juice
• 1 TBS simple syrup
• 6 TBS champagne
Add St. Germain, gin, lemon juice, and syrup in a cocktail
shaker with ice and shake until cold. Strain into champagne
flute and top with champagne.
