promise, and God keeps
His promises; but you
have to be willing to
give up everything.
Unfortunately, many
people have something
or someone they hold
on to that hinders them
in giving all to God, so
you must check your
life.
Be Like Jesus
Jesus surrendered all
when He gave up His heavenly
home to live as a man on
this Earth. He took on the same
weaknesses and temptations we have, and
He had free choice just like we do; but He never
sinned. Who did no sin, neither was guile
found in his mouth (I Peter 2:22).
Children of God are to be just like Him—
free from all sin, full of divine power and full
of the Holy Ghost. We are to take His place
and finish His work. He said, Verily, verily, I
say unto you, He that believeth on me, the
works that I do shall he do also; and greater
works than these shall he do; because I go
unto my Father (John 14:12).
You have to leave the things of the world
completely behind and surrender all to God
and to His will. You must be fully equipped
and have no fear of the enemy or his demonic
spirits. When you surrender all, you can speak
and demons become powerless. They have
to flee whether they want to or not, and that
divine power is available to all of God’s children.
And they overcame him by the blood
of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony
the Word of God that they put in their
testimony (Revelation 12:11).
Are You Ready to Go?
Elijah surrendered all to God, and the Lord
took him to Heaven alive. And it came to
pass, as they Elijah and Elisha still went on,
and talked, that, behold, there appeared a
chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted
same place. All Heaven will
back you up; and the Holy
Ghost fire will be burning
within you to give you all
the energy, strength, wisdom
and knowledge you
need. When you surrender
all to God, it will be as if
you are superhuman.
Live by Faith
On Mount Moriah,
Abraham laid his son on
the altar and prepared to
sacrifice him. Then Abraham
stretched forth his hand, and
took the knife to slay his son. And the
angel of the LORD called unto him out
of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham:
and he said, Here am I. And he said, Lay
not thine hand upon the lad, neither do
thou anything unto him: for now I know
that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not
withheld thy son, thine only son from me
(Genesis 22:10–12).
In the end, Abraham did not have to physically
offer Isaac; but he had offered him in
spirit because he would have gone through
with it if God had not stopped him. By faith
Abraham, when he was tried, offered up
Isaac; and he that had received the promises
offered up his only begotten son, Of
whom it was said, That in Isaac shall thy
seed be called: Accounting that God was
able to raise him up, even from the dead;
from whence also he received him in a figure
(Hebrews 11:17–19).
Abraham had great faith and trust in God,
and the Lord is calling on you to live in that
same faith. For therein is the righteousness
of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is
written, The just shall live by faith (Romans
1:17). Divine faith and the help of the Holy
Spirit will take you beyond yourself and your
opinions into complete surrender.
Divine faith will enable God to supply all
your needs. But my God shall supply all
your need according to his riches in glory
by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). That is a
