Q: What does being an artist mean to
you today?
A:It’s a way for me to express myself.
Sometimes, I don’t always want to tell
people how I feel, but in my art, I can
express all of my thoughts and ideas in
one piece.
Q:What have you learned about yourself
through art?
A: That I’m someone who loves to
express herself. And that I’m open,
creative, and I’m not afraid to step
outside my comfort zone and try
new things. That I’m not afraid to be
different than others. Now I know
that if I take a risk, it might lead to
something great.
Q: What are your plans for next year?
A: I want to go to college to at least
get my bachelor’s degree. I would love
to eventually do my own thing and
own my own business, but I know that
might take a while. Really, as long as
I’m doing something that I love and as
long as I’m creating art, I’ll be happy.
