Add Oranges, Lemons, Apples,
2 sprigs of Thyme
Rosemary
3 T Chicken base
2 Cups Rum
1 Gallon of Orange Juice
In one quart of water dissolve
2 Cups of Salt
1 cup Sugar
Place the turkey in a brining bucket
Soak Turkey for 12 to 24 hrs. Make sure your turkey is refrigerated.
REALLY IMPORTANT -When the brine is done you need to wash your turkey to get all the salt
and sugar off. Discard all of the brine solution do not roast your turkey in it
Roast your turkey with Butter, Rum, desired fruit and herbs.
It will be one of the best turkey’s you ever had!
