Returns All returns must be accompanied by a returned merchandise authorization. To receive an RMA, please contact Customer Service. Merchandise ordered in error must be returned within 30 days of receipt at customer’s expense and may be subject to a restocking charge. Merchandise shipped in error may be returned within 10 days for full credit. Defective merchandise will be replaced. Special stock order and non-stock items are subject to the manufacturer’s return policies and may not be cancellable or returnable. Custom orders are not returnable at any time.
