2 oz. gin
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz. cranberry juice
3 oz. ginger beer
Dash of rosemary bitters
THE TIPSEY TINSEL
4 oz. Brut Champagne or dry Prosecco*
1 oz. Elderflower cordial
Edible gold leaf flakes
* Sparkling water may be substituated for a

Mix all ingredients in a copper
mule mug with a couple ice
cubes in it and garnish with fresh
cranberries, a lime wedge and
reosemary. Enjoy with friends.

pour over the Champaign and garnish with a pinch of Edible
Gold Flakes.
