Postage estimating tool – Hess has spent years developing a unique postage estimating tool (See page 15-16 for reports). This tool has been shown to be extremely accurate for helping our clients understand their options. Your sales rep can use this tool to show you the effects of adding or deleting pages, changing the paper stock or trim sizes, or changing quantities. We recommend you take advantage of this tool to help guide your mailing program decisions. 8. For Mail to in-home averages, I have outlined some details below to give you an idea of how the mail moves and how much time it takes (Standard Mail – Nationwide delivery). Again, averages only – can be faster. Hess will evaluate the amount of mail qualifying for these facilities, compare the USPS discount vs. the cost of transportation, and determine if we can save our clients money by offering this.
