1962-67 Nova Steering Box 171 1962-67 Nova Manual Quick Ratio Steering Box Kit FR302KT Flaming River makes a new direct bolt-in steering system for your early Nova. This kit eliminates the long shaft steering column and sloppy, worn-out steering box. This new box design mounts with a convenient chassis bracket and features a quick steering ratio with only 3-1/2 turns lockto lock for an improved steering response. Because the Nova used a Slave Cylinder, this Manual Box can be used with either a power or manual system. We’ve included virtually everything you need for a clean, simple installation—including the Mounting Bracket, Universal Joints, and an all-new Tilt Steering Column.
