THE U.S. AIR FORCE’S THUNDERBIRDS
AND NAVY’S BLUE ANGELS TEAMED UP FOR A FLYOVER
around metro Atlanta to show America’s support for front-line COVID-19
responders. Marietta resident Scott D. Loeffler, who is both an IT Director for
Delta Air Lines and a photography enthusiast, captured this shot of the flyover
from the parking deck in front of the office park at Cobb Galleria Centre in
the Cumberland area, just as the Thunderbirds were meeting the Blue Angels.
Loeffler said he especially loves photographing landscapes and aircraft, so the
flyover was a can’t-miss opportunity for him.
