within full of dead men’s bones, and of all
uncleanness. Even so ye also outwardly
appear righteous unto men, but within ye
are full of hypocrisy and iniquity (Matthew
23:27,28).
How does God see you?
It doesn’t matter if you appear to others to
be righteous. The only thing that matters is
how you appear to the Lord. If you see your
own reflection in God’s mirror instead of
Christ’s reflection, then you haven’t given
yourself 100 percent to the Lord.
Receive the Holy Ghost
Jesus did everything the Father asked Him
to do. He is our example of how to live a
holy life without sin, yet so many people are
deceived and think that no one can live free
from sin. The truth is that they can if their soul
is covered with the divine blood of Jesus.
You can know the scriptures in the Bible;
the elect of God,
holy and beloved,
bowels of mercies,
kindness,
humbleness
of mind,
meekness,
longsuffering;
Forbearing
one another,
and forgiving one another, if
any man have a quarrel against any: even
as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. And
above all these things put on charity love,
which is the bond of perfectness (Colossians
3:12–14).
How does your reflection look in light of
these scriptures in God’s spiritual mirror?
Are you merciful and kind to others? Are you
slow to cast judgment when someone does
something against you? Do you forgive others
before being asked to, or do you hold a grudge
against them and treat them unkindly? We
can’t control what other people do to us, but
we can control how we treat them in return.
Those verses in Colossians 3 tell us that love
is the bond of perfectness. A bond fastens or
binds things together; so if you lack the love of
Christ in your heart, you will not be bonded to
Him. Then when testing times come, your true
appearance will show up.
What kind of speech do you have? Is it like
that of Jesus or the world? But those things
which proceed out of the mouth come forth
from the heart; and they defile the man. For
out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders,
adulteries, fornications, thefts, false
witness, blasphemies: These are the things
which defile a man (Matthew 15:18–20).
Many people claim to be a Christian, but
they live like the devil. They are hypocrites,
and God hates hypocrites. When Jesus was
on Earth, He rebuked the Pharisees for acting
like they were doing God’s work when they
were really doing the devil’s work. Woe unto
you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for
ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which
indeed appear beautiful outward, but are
I want to take this opportunity and thank
Jesus for healing my back. It has been
sore for the past eight months, but I listened
to the Rev. Angley video titled “Don’t
Carry Tomorrow’s Burdens Today.” When
one of the associate pastors on the screen
asked anyone watching at home to put
their hand on the screen as he prayed, I
did; and by the mighty grace of God, I’m
healed and set free from pain. Hallelujah!
Praise the Lord!
