spotless Bride. You are not promised tomorrow;
and that is why the Bible says, Behold,
now is the accepted time; behold, now is the
day of salvation (II Corinthians 6:2).
It takes the divine blood of Jesus to make
you clean, pure and holy. Without shedding
of blood is no remission (Hebrews 9:22). If
salvation was based on your own works and
righteousness, you would never make it to
Heaven. The Bible says, For by grace are ye
saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:
it is the gift of God: Not of works,
lest any man should boast (Ephesians 2:8,9).
It is the grace of God that allows us to be
saved and to take on the image of Christ.
If you are a sinner or a backslider, you
will never see the reflection of Jesus in your
spiritual mirror. There is no other way to get
to Heaven but to be covered with the divine
blood of Jesus. There are only two places a
soul can go when the body dies—Heaven or
hell—and every person has a choice.
Choose Jesus
God gives everyone a chance to come
to Calvary and confess their sins with a
remorseful spirit and then desire to never
sin again. If you accept the divine blood of
Jesus into your heart and live for Him daily,
you will spend eternity in Heaven; but if you
reject that divine blood and continue to live a
life of sin, you will wake up in hell when you
die. The Bible says, For the wages of sin
is death; but the gift of God is eternal life
through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans
6:23).
God does everything He can to get souls
to choose to come to Jesus, but the choice is
still theirs. God sent His Son into this world
to bring eternal life and a way to escape sin
and eternal death; but you have to enter in the
strait gate of holiness and righteousness to
receive this gift of love. Enter ye in at the
strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad
is the way, that leadeth to destruction,
and many there be which go in thereat:
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is
the way, which leadeth unto life, and few
there be that find it (Matthew 7:13,14).
Unfortunately, most people choose the
path of sin instead of the path that leads to
Heaven.
It doesn’t matter what you have done in
your past. If you confess your sins, the divine
blood of Jesus will wash them all away. If we
confess our sins, he is faithful and just to
forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from
all unrighteousness (I John 1:9). The Lord
will never hold your sins against you again
unless you backslide. Thou wilt cast all
their sins into the depths of the sea (Micah
7:19).
God wants each one of you to have a brandnew
heart and a brand-new life. He wants
you to have a mansion in Heaven. He wants
you to take on His image so when you look
into the spiritual mirror, you will see Jesus.
Let your heart therefore be
perfect with the LORD our God
(I Kings 8:61).
