Bailey emphasizes the need to keep the core muscles
of the body strong. He oers this advice: “Don’t overuse
the back muscles. is can cause muscle imbalance and
could cause injuries. e ear and shoulders need to be
aligned, the muscles need to be exible, and the chest
needs to be open.”
Teed Up: Ready to Play
e game of golf combines exercise with socialization.
Women groups form at many golf courses so that women
can enjoy the people they are playing with and enjoy
being outside in nature. It’s a game you can enter at any
age, with or without previous experience or skill.
