WHEN EMILEE LOGSDON opened the Marietta
Antique Mall nearly eight years ago, she didn’t really
know what to expect. But she did know that it was
popular immediately.
She put up the sign and almost instantly the
30,000 square foot space at 1477 Roswell Road not
far fro the ig hicen in arietta as filled ith
dierent dealers, ho rent space and sell a ide
variety of antiques, furnishings and collectibles.
“We opened and dealers just came,” Logsdon
said. “If you build it, they will come. It’s grown and
changed a lot. We kind of found our direction.”
This year, the antique mall was voted the Best
Antique Store, Best Coins & Collectibles and the
Second Best Backyard Furnishings in the annual
Best of Cobb contest, where readers get to select
their favorite businesses.
A single mom, Logsdon spends her time at the
antique mall serving customers as they enter the
space for a variety of reasons, whether they are
looking to decorate a new home, spruce up their
crrent hoe or find the right collectile
