From the outside, the
unassuming Folk Victorian
built in 1900 fits in
amongst its fellow historic homes
along a tree-lined street just off of
the courthouse square in downtown
Madison.
But on the inside, a fusion of contemporary
furniture and antiques,
family heirlooms and commissioned
art, stained glass and bright modern
wallpapers sets the home apart.
It’s an eclectic mix that just works.
And it’s exactly how the homeowner
planned it.
Frannie Kimsey is an interior
designer who has urged her clients
over the past 22 years to surround
themselves with things they love,
