Diamond White (PLHE 1070)
Diamond White plastisol is Union’s best high opacity, low-bleed white for cotton/poly blends. Formulated to be an extremely
bright white exhibiting high opacity, easy printability and excellent bleed resistance on polyester blended fabrics.
Mesh: 125-230 t/in. Because of the excellent printing characteristics of Diamond White, it may be printed as an underbase
through mesh count of 230 leaving an ultra smooth, opaque printing surface for overprint colors, although thinner deposits of ink
will reduce the effectiveness of the bleed resistance properties.
Cure: Entire ink film must reach 300°F. Thicker ink deposits typically require higher temperatures and longer dwell times in oven.

Premium Low-Bleed White (PLHE 1075)
All the same great attributes of Diamond White but with more tolerance to higher temperatures. See Diamond White Technical Data
Sheet for information.
Cure: Entire ink film must reach 300°F. Thicker ink deposits typically require higher temperatures and longer dwell times in oven.
Eclipse Low Bleed White (PLHE 1060) - for poly/cotton blend fabrics
A high opacity, low tack formulation which allows printing through finer mesh counts without the need for a viscosity modifier. Eclipse
LB White has good low bleed characteristics for printing on poly/cotton blends. Use as an underlay where great opacity and good fiber
mat down is needed, as a stand-alone white, or a highlight white.
Mesh: 86-230 t/in.
Cure: Entire ink film must reach 320°F. Thicker ink deposits typically require higher temperatures and longer dwell times in oven.

Mercury Low Bleed White (PLHE 1050) - for poly/cotton blend fabrics
Designed for maximum smoothness and opacity on poly/cotton fabrics. Mercury LB White has excellent matting characteristic and
a creamy consistency. It is fast flashing allowing for shorter dwell times and faster production rates. This low bleed white ink is
great for both manual and automatic presses. Use as a highlight, a stand-along or underlay white.
Mesh: 86-305 t/in.
Cure: Entire ink film must reach 320°F. Thicker ink deposits typically require higher temperatures and longer dwell times in oven.
TIP: DRYER TEMPERATURE
You may need to adjust your dryer temperature for certain inks or applications. Dryer temperature can be adjusted without changing the actual
temperature dial on the dryer, by doing one or both of the following:
• Slow down the belt to keep the garment in the heat chamber longer
• Adjust the heater panel distance from the garment.
