automatic printing. Premium Polyester White offers printers a low-bleed white ink with easier printability once the initial viscosity is
broken down by stirring, increased whiteness and better post-bleed properties after the ink film is fully cured.

properties allow it to withstand regular ironing without damage. Silextreme inks are a 2-part system
comprised of a base and color mixture activated by and SXT catalyst and cures at a temp if 270°, which is lower
than traditional plastisol.

Avoid dye migration when printing 100% polyester fabrics by checking the dryer temperature periodically maintaining the manufactures temperature
guidelines. Too high a temperature will cause the dyes to migrate. Also during long print runs adjust your flash unit as well as over flashing can

Athletic Gloss Plastisol is formulated for 100% nylon athletic uniforms. It features extremely durable ink films with high opacity

and a glossy finish. Athletic Gloss Plastisol is also recommended when printing Lycra/Spandex or rib knit materials where great
elasticity is required. The addition of Unistretch Additive (below) is also recommended to enhance elasticity of the print when used
in combination with the PATE series ink. When printing water-resistant materials such as nylon jackets or nylon garment bags,
adhesion is greatly improved by adding Nylobond Additive (page 22).

Unistretch™ White (UNSE 1000)
