Watermelon in the small Sugar Baby class for size
and color, but possessing the Triploid advantages
of high sugar and long shelf life with lasting crispy
firmness and bright red color. Fruit are icebox size.
Rind is very dark solid green. The following planting
method has been suggested to produce more
and smaller fruit in the 3-4 lb. personal or palm
size range. You should test for yourself on a small
scale before planting a commercial-size crop. Plant
2 seeds per cell in greenhouse. When transplanting
into field, space plants 20-24" apart. Plant pollinator
every 5th or 6th plant. It is recommended to use
an early long-oval variety as pollinator. Worth testing

Strong growing vines support potential for heavy
