Please Note: Allow 14 days for any credit to be processed. Insure returns through the USPS or UPS for the value/purchase price of the shipment to ensure credit. Items must be in new condition, appropriate for resale. We cannot accept returns of copyrighted materials, HAZMAT items, custom orders, opened products, or equipment without a return authorization. For non-functioning equipment, contact Customer Service at 1-800-558-5571 within 72 hours of receipt of your order. There may be a restocking fee to return custom orders and drop ship items. Not all custom order or drop ship vendors accept returns. A Customer Service representative will contact the vendor for return authorization and instructions according to the vendor’s return policy. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Damaged Shipments Please thoroughly inspect shipments, noting damage to cartons on the freight bill. Universal Companies will not be responsible unless noted at delivery. Please keep all packing materials until items have been fully inspected. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-558-5571 within 72 hours to report damage. Missing Items Missing items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery for a replacement by calling 1-800-558-5571. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable at any time: copyrighted materials; HAZMAT items; custom orders such as tables, bolsters, or anything requiring a color selection; items that ship directly from the vendor; and equipment without a return authorization number approval from our Customer Service Department.
