be waiting to see how you are
going to respond, but you can’t get
discouraged. That the trial of your
faith, being much more precious
than of gold that perisheth,
though it be tried with fire, might
be found unto praise and honour
and glory at the appearing of
Jesus Christ (I Peter 1:7).
12
There were many times when
things did not go the Apostle Paul’s
way as he walked with the Lord.
In fact, he was beaten, stoned,
shipwrecked and imprisoned for the
sake of Christ. His faith was tried and
tested, but he did not give up. Paul
pressed on with divine faith; and at
the end of his journey, he was able
to say, I have fought a good fight,
I have finished my course, I have
kept the faith (II Timothy 4:7).
The only way you can keep faith is
by using it. You always need to keep
your shield of faith before you and
push through to miracle ground.
We all must finish our course the
way the Lord wants us to whether
it leads to Rapture ground or to the
grave. We must keep pressing on
with faith because souls are at stake,
and we must get the harvest in
before it is too late. The Lord wants
to bless us with miracle strength
to overcome the devil in this final
hour, but we need to keep pressing
on no matter what comes our way.
We have to keep the shield of faith
before us at all times and continue to
move forward.
Sinner, Backslider, the Lord has
given you the measure of faith you
need to go to Calvary and receive
forgiveness right now. The devil may
be battling your mind and making
you think there is no hope for you.
He may tell you that you have gone
too far; but, Friend, I’m here to tell
you that it is not too late. Press on
with faith and lay your burdens of
sin at Jesus’ feet. Then accept Him
in your heart right now by saying the
sinner’s prayer located on page 6 of
this magazine.
