is not the time to accuse them of failing
God; but that is what the devil
wants you to do. He loves to kick
people when they are already down,
especially when it is not their fault.
There is no limit to Satan’s false
accusations, so never listen to him.
Job knew he hadn’t done anything
wrong; and he said, My friends
scorn me: but mine eye poureth
out tears unto God (Job 16:20).
You Will Suffer for Christ’s Sake
As children of God, it is time to
speak unto edification and help people
remember what the Word says
about suffering for the sake of Christ.
Beloved, think it not strange
unusual or perplexing concerning
the fiery trial which is to try you,
as though some strange thing
happened unto you (I Peter 4:12).
Don’t worry when you don’t understand
what is happening to you or
around you. If you are living in God’s
divine will, all you need to know is
that the Lord is holding your hand
and walking right by your side.
When the devil tries to make you
feel like you’re failing, the Bible says
you should rejoice, inasmuch as
ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings;
that, when his glory shall
be revealed, ye may be glad also
with exceeding joy (I Peter 4:13).
You must be happy for the Lord to be
glorified through you.
Don’t feel guilty, embarrassed or
apologetic when you suffer for the
will of God. Just make sure that when
trials come, you are actually suffering
for Christ’s sake and not because
of something you did. But let none
of you suffer as a murderer, or as
a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a
busybody in other men’s matters
(I Peter 4:15). For it is better, if
the will of God be so, that ye suffer
for well doing, than for evildoing
(I Peter 3:17).
Live by Faith
Never let feelings dictate what you
will or won’t do because you can’t
fight the good fight of faith in your
feelings. Only divine faith brings victory.
For whatsoever is born of
God overcometh the world: and
this is the victory that overcometh
the world, even our faith
(I John 5:4).
Never trust feelings.
Faith is a gift from God to each one
of us. God hath dealt to every
man the measure of faith (Romans
12:3). As you use that measure of
faith, the Lord will give you another;
and as you use that measure, He will
give you another. There is no end to
divine faith, and you must live by it
every day. The just shall live by
faith (Hebrews 10:38). That is talking
about divine faith, not human
faith because human faith is weak;
and it will not make you an overcomer
in Christ.
Never live by your feelings or
accept the devil’s thoughts as your
own because his thoughts will
destroy you. The thief cometh not,
but for to steal, and to kill, and to
destroy (John 10:10). The devil will
try to make you think you can’t get
rid of his thoughts and that they are
actually God’s thoughts. He wants
you to think that God has had it with
you, but God never feels that way
about His children. He wants them to
draw closer and closer to Him, so He
