Community is about
more than just sharing
the same space.
THE HEART OF A COMMUNITY is connection. For
nearly 5 decades, the South Cobb Arts Alliance
has understood the vital role of art in bringing
people together and has worked tirelessly to
support the creative kinship that strengthens
and enriches this bond.
Over the years, SCAA has made a meaningful
and lasting impact, delivering countless shows
and workshops, mainstay events such as the
annual National Juried Exhibit and Christmas
House Arts & Crafts Market, as well as volunteer
initiatives and vital outreach to local artists
and art educators.
Though current concerns have put a temporary
pause to inperson
events, SCAA stands by its
mission to foster and inspire creativity and
connection; in times of such uncertainty and
isolation, these efforts are more important than
ever. No matter what lies ahead, SCAA is ready to
rise to meet the needs of artists and artlovers.
If you share SCAA's vision of a community made
stronger through art, consider becoming amember
today. For as little as $20 a year, you can join a
diverse, dedicated creative network, and support
the arts in our local schools and neighborhoods.
There is no restriction to imagination. There is
no barrier to creativity. There is no replacement
for the connections that only art can build.
